Full job description

Overview
An opportunity has arisen for the role of a Laboratory Assistant within our Bradford based Technical Team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role with routine, consistency, and structured tasks.

Main Duties

Quality control testing of manufactured products in an accurate and timely manner.
Accurate keeping records and documentation.
Maintenance and disposal of retained samples.
Preparation and circulation of certificates of analysis and dyes for production.
Internal calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Follow established processes and quality standards to support daily operations.
General lab maintenance and up-keep/5S.

Essential Criteria

GCSE English, Maths and Science at grade 4 (or C) minimum.
Computer literacy.
Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Criteria

Previous laboratory experience.
Organised and dependable.
An effective time manager.
Quality orientated.
Excellent communicator.
Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week worked between 8.00am-16.00pm, Monday-Friday with a 20-minute paid morning break, and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Location: This role is a site-based, in-person role.
