Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Production Worker to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Operate food production equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols
- Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling products according to established recipes and procedures
- Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality, making adjustments as needed
- Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards
- Record production data accurately, including quantities produced and quality checks performed
- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting shortages or issues promptly
- Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity
Requirements
- Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations is highly desirable
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, weights, and quantities
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning and improvement
