The Opportunity: Your Entry Point into Elite Sales
This is not just a data-entry or cold-calling job. This is your gateway into high-ticket sales. As an Sales Representative , you will operate on the front lines of our latest solar campaign—generating interest, handling initial objections, and booking qualified assessments for senior consultants through a strategic mix of Door-to-Door (D2D) and Online Outreach.
We explicitly use this role as an entry-level talent incubator. Prove your work ethic and master the basics here, and you will quickly be fast-tracked into a Full Closer role within Blitz Promotions, where the deals—and the commissions—are massive.
What We Teach: Master-Level Sales Training

Key Responsibilities
- Dual-Channel Outreach: Engage prospective residential and commercial clients using both boots-on-the-ground D2D campaigns and targeted online/social media outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Ask the right questions to identify a property's solar potential and gauge consumer interest.
- Appointment Setting: Secure firm commitments and book qualified consultations into the calendar.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in morning strategy meetings, roleplay sessions, and team-building events.
