Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Menu Optimisation Specialist to manage, optimise, and enhance restaurant menus across major food delivery platforms including Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of delivery marketplace algorithms, menu engineering, and platform best practices to maximise sales, visibility, and customer conversion.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, manage, and optimise digital menus across Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo.
* Analyse menu performance and implement strategies to increase order volume, average basket value, and conversion rates.
* Optimise menu structure, categories, item naming, descriptions, modifiers, and imagery.
* Conduct regular menu audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform standards.
* Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies through menu design and platform features.
* Monitor platform trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
* Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and featured listings across delivery platforms.
* Work closely with restaurant operators to identify opportunities for menu improvements and revenue growth.
* Track and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations.
* Ensure all menu updates, pricing changes, and product launches are accurately implemented.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing and optimising menus on Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo.
* Strong understanding of food delivery platform functionality and ranking factors.
* Experience with menu engineering and digital merchandising.
* Ability to analyse sales and performance data to drive decision-making.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
* Experience working within the hospitality, restaurant, or food delivery sector is preferred.
