About the Role
As part of Xpedite’s exciting growth plans, we are seeking a Graduate Digital Solutions Engineer to join our Intelligence Delivery Team in Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated graduate to develop their skills while supporting a range of data-driven and engineering projects. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help develop reports, improve processes, support innovative technology solutions, and contribute to projects across Defence and commercial sectors.

As a Graduate Digital Solutions Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a wide range of projects from a data perspective (including ETL, Validation and Cleansing).
- Developing solutions to increase efficiency of internal processes.
- Supporting the IDT in the development of future products and applications.
- Maintaining current products and applications.
- Developing Reports using PowerBI, Palantir Foundry and Excel.
- Project Management activities.
- Managing personnel within specific project
- Willingness to complete the Xpedite Graduate Development Plan
- Eager to contribute to Xpedite’s digital and technological advancements.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential
- Qualification or degree in relevant discipline, preferably STEM subjects
Desirable
- Knowledge of .NET, stack such as C#, WPF, Blazor, MAUI, and ASP.NET.
- Knowledge of Agile principles.
- Experience developing with OOP languages.
- Experience in data manipulation (using SQL, python, PowerQuery).
- Knowledge of cloud systems, such as Azure, ORACLE, and AWS.

It should be noted that to be considered for this role, you must be a UK national and eligible to hold UK Security Clearance at SC level.
