Full job description

Job Overview
Joining this fast paced and lively Operations Support Team, your focus will be these key areas

Matter inceptions for all Jurisdictions. The team offers a central location for all new instructions, this ensures that the consistency and accuracy is maintained.
Working with the Operational teams to deliver on efficient processing of client data.
Management of team’s mailboxes, liaising with all internal teams/Finance and suppliers as appropriate
Amending Balances on matters when instructed. Credit balance reporting and financial reconciliation. Liaising with internal/finance teams as appropriate, thus ensuring payments, client remittance and bills are successfully produced.
Printing letters for onward distribution in the office

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with

Experience in a debt recovery environment would be an advantage, though not essential as on the job training will be provided
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Able to prioritise workload and work within demanding team
Basic Excel experience
