Community Sales & Outreach RepresentativeAbout the Role

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and confident Community Sales & Outreach Representative to join our team. This is a customer-facing role focused on promoting our free prescription delivery service and helping more people access the convenience of having their prescriptions delivered directly to their door.

As part of our promotional campaigns, you will engage with members of the public in local communities and through door-to-door outreach, explaining the benefits of our service and assisting eligible customers with signing up.

Key Responsibilities

Promote our free prescription delivery service to members of the public.
Engage with potential customers through community events, street campaigns, and door-to-door outreach.
Clearly explain the benefits and features of our service.
Assist customers with completing the registration process.
Build positive relationships with members of the community.
Meet campaign targets while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Accurately record customer information and completed sign-ups.
Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident and outgoing personality.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, or promotional work is desirable but not essential.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable speaking with people from all backgrounds.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
