Lettings Negotiator / Administrator

Gascoigne Halman Estate Agents, Wilmslow Lettings Office

An exciting opportunity to work in a customer facing role at Gascoigne Halman’s thriving Wilmslow Office

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and confident in dealing with clients in person, over the phone and via e-mail. A friendly and professional manner is required, combined with enthusiasm, attention to detail and strong IT / administration skills.

Hours: 2 to 3 days per week inclusive of every other Saturday

Key Activities:

Arranging viewings
Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
Obtaining valuations
Regular client contact
Applicant management
Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
New business generation & building local brand profile
Nurture existing client and contact relationships

Candidate Profile:

Well developed verbal and written communication skills
Team player but able to work independently
IT and administration skills - training on the in-house agency system will be provided
Calm under pressure
Pro-active thinker who maximises opportunities
Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
Driving Licence and use of own vehicle
