We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager (m/f/d) to oversee the successful delivery of complex business initiatives across our portfolio. This is more than project coordination. You will drive strategic alignment, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure that critical programs achieve their intended business outcomes. You will act as the bridge between executive leadership, operational teams, and external stakeholders while maintaining a clear focus on delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Programme Leadership:
Lead multiple concurrent business programs from initiation through successful implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with senior executives, department leaders, clients, and external partners to maintain engagement and program momentum.
Resource Planning:
Coordinate budgets, timelines, staffing requirements, and operational resources to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
Risk and Governance:
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and establish governance frameworks that support informed decision-making.
Performance Monitoring:
Define key performance indicators, track progress against objectives, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Change Management:
Support organizational transformation initiatives by ensuring effective communication, stakeholder adoption, and sustainable implementation practices.
Team Leadership:
Mentor project managers and programme coordinators while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in programme management, business transformation, operations leadership, or a related field, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of strategic planning, operational performance, budgeting, and organizational change management.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive audiences.
Technology Proficiency:
Experience using modern project and programme management tools, reporting platforms, and business intelligence solutions.

Pay: £5,900.00-£7,500.00 per month
