Full job description

Operations & Personal Assistant

Approximately 20 hours per week

Flexible working hours between Monday-Saturday.

Based primarily at our salon in Swinton.

About the role

Support the day-to-day operations of a busy salon alongside multiple education businesses.

This varied role combines administration, customer service, organisation and PA support. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Client communication via WhatsApp & email

* Diary & appointment management

* Stock & hair ordering

* Supporting a team of 10-12 stylists

* Maintaining exceptional client experience

* Organising education kits & training

* Google Drive & document management

* Calendar management

* Supporting social media

* Liaising with suppliers

* Running business errands

* General PA & business support

Essential Skills

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PA, administration, office management or operations role

* Outstanding organisational skills

* Excellent customer service

* Confident using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

* Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Able to prioritise multiple tasks independently

* Full UK driving licence

* Positive, proactive attitude

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting people, thrives on organisation and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

You’ll be someone who naturally spots what needs doing, enjoys solving problems and takes ownership without waiting for instructions.

Due to the nature of the role, we’re ideally looking for someone who lives within approximately 20-30 minutes of Swinton.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
