We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Security Dog Handlers. Responsibilities
- Support loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting suspicious activities
- Participate in the training and handling of security dogs under supervision
- Conduct regular patrols around the premises to maintain security presence
- Respond appropriately to security incidents
- Maintain accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and observations
- Follow established protocols for safety, security procedures, and emergency response
Experience
- No prior security dog experience required as comprehensive training will be provided
- An interest in surveillance, loss prevention, and canine handling is desirable
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and security procedures is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations
- Willingness to learn new skills related to security operations and dog handling
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail are important for maintaining accurate records

- Valid SIA Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
