Full job description

At Park Manor we are seeking an experienced care home Lead Administrator to lead and develop the reception team in delivering seamless business accounts and invoicing with the full support of the General Manager at Home level and a team of highly experienced financial accountants based at Head Office in Southampton.

Park Manor is a newly refurbished period property consisting of 42 single en suite bedrooms caring for residential and nursing clients living with range of health needs. This role requires you to be an excellent communicator. Establishing trust with our client base and their families and ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.

You will be experienced in managing spreadsheets, invoicing, budgets and payroll to name but a few skills a care home lead administrator requires. You will need to be a people person above all else with excellent communication skills both in person and over the telephone and emails.
