The Role

We are looking for a passionate and professional Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional treatments and create memorable wellness experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of face and body treatments to the highest standards.
Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and maintained.
Promote spa services and retail products.
Deliver outstanding guest care and personalised service.
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.

About You

Qualified Spa Therapist (Level 2 and/or Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent).
Passionate about wellness and guest care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
Previous luxury spa experience is desirable.
