Argent Partnership is a utility procurement and management consultancy leading the way in end-to-end service for a range of clients, specialising in the Property Management sector.
Our clients are appointed to manage every aspect of a site, from lift maintenance to managing budgets, cleaning and security to arranging the building insurance. It’s a wide-ranging remit and requires them to engage with experts in a variety of areas. In addition, Argent Partnership is engaged to manage and procure the landlord and communal utilities – electricity, gas and water - for these sites.
At Argent Partnership we specialise in taking away the time-consuming and admin-heavy area of utilities on behalf of our clients. This enables them to focus on delivering the correct service levels to the companies that they engage with.
Account Administrator – Overview
As an Account Administrator, you will support the Account Manager in delivering excellent service to a portfolio of clients while ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of utility accounts. The role involves liaising with clients and suppliers, managing invoices, maintaining accurate account and meter records, monitoring contract and billing activity, and ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy across internal systems, resolving billing queries, coordinating meter readings and smart meter upgrades, and ensuring compliance with supplier requirements. Working closely with Account Managers and Account Directors, you will help identify process improvements, provide proactive support to clients, and contribute to the effective management of client portfolios. As you develop in the role, there may also be opportunities to assist with training and supporting colleagues.

Experience and qualification
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
- IT literate
- Experience or qualification in administration and the utility industry is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in accounting and or finance is desirable but not essential.
- Full training will be given.
