Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Saturday Pharmacist to join our team in Grantham, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic pharmacy environment, providing vital support to our healthcare community on weekends. As a Saturday Pharmacist, you will play a crucial part in managing medication dispensing, patient consultations, and clinical responsibilities with energy and professionalism. Your expertise will help us uphold the highest standards of pharmacy practice while fostering a positive experience for our patients and staff alike.

Duties

Dispense prescriptions accurately while adhering to legal and safety guidelines
Pharmacy First services
Provide expert advice on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions to patients
Conduct patient care activities including medication reviews and health assessments
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans
Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and clinical notes
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and ordering medications as needed

Experience

Valid registration as a licensed Pharmacist with relevant regulatory bodies
I
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology principles
Proven experience in patient care, medication administration, and clinical consultations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and support patients effectively
Ability to work independently on Saturdays while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism
