About you:

Essential Requirements:

Ability to communicate with a diverse customer and colleague base.
Ability to keep calm under pressure and respond promptly and effectively to emergencies.
A team player who demonstrates kindness.
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the pool and surrounding areas to ensure safety at all times.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies.
Carry out regular pool checks and maintain safety equipment.
Ensure the pool area is clean, inviting and well-maintained.
Enforce rules and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all.
Be part of a team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience.

Hours of Work:

Whilst we do have several contract types available our Leisure operations are busiest at the weekends, so we’ll need you to be flexible and be available for work on Saturdays & Sundays.
