Full job description

We’re looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join us as Business Development Executives, supporting one of our leading clients in a fast-paced field sales environment. Up to £31,2k (pro rata) + bonus + car. 12 week FTC.

Ideal location: Brecon, United Kingdom, LD3

Territory covering: Birmingham, Cardiff, Dudley, Gloucester, Hereford, Llandrindod Wells, Swansea, Shrewsbury, Telford, Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas

The role:

Whether you already have sales experience or are looking to build a career in commercial sales, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills, build strong customer relationships and make a real impact across your territory.

Working within the independent retail channel, you’ll represent an innovative, market-leading smoke-free product brand, helping retailers grow their business while driving sales performance and visibility for the brand.

This is a fully field-based role, requiring travel across your territory five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with independent retailers across your territory
Drive sales growth and increase visibility for our client’s products in store
Work towards clear KPIs and commercial targets
Educate retailers on product ranges, brand benefits and new opportunities
Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
Deliver excellent territory planning, reporting and customer engagement
Position our client as the preferred partner for retailers within your area
