Job Overview
We have an oppotunity for a skilled and reliable Tractor Driver to join our team. We are a large mixed farm specialising in Potatoes and Cider fruit in West Herefordshire. We run a fleet of modern machinery including fendt tractors and merlo telehandlers. We require an experienced, knowledgable and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Specific tractor duties will depend upon experience and abilities but they will include work during cereal harvest, straw hauling, irrigation, and potato harvest and other duties
- General farm duties when required
- Assist with basic mechanical tasks on machinery.
Qualifications
- Valid driving licence.
- Experience with tractors, advanced training can be provided when necessary.
- Mechanical knowledge to assist in basic machinery maintenance.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
