We’re looking for an exceptional Practice Manager who is also a GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse to lead a busy, modern dental practice into its next phase of growth.

About You
You are:
* A GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse.
* An experienced Practice Manager or Senior Dental Nurse ready to step into leadership.

* Social media savvy and understand how digital marketing supports practice growth.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members, including to ensure smooth practice operations
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, client communication, and record keeping
- Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, billing, invoicing, and expense control to ensure profitability
- Lead human resources functions by recruiting, onboarding new team members, conducting performance reviews, and fostering staff development
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and health & safety standards across all practice activities
- Coordinate inventory management for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals to maintain optimal stock levels
- Promote a positive client experience by maintaining high standards of customer service and addressing client concerns promptly
Skills
- Proven supervising experience with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively
- Strong management skills with a focus on operational efficiency and problem-solving
- Financial management expertise to oversee budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
- Veterinary experience or background is highly desirable to understand clinical workflows and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, staff, and external partners confidently
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: Up to £25.00 per hour
