ParkerTools, a rapidly expanding division of ParkerSteel Ltd, specialises in supplying industrial products to the fabrication and construction sectors. With one of the UK’s largest stock ranges and a strong reputation for reliable service, we are continuing to grow and we want you to grow with us.

We are looking for energetic, motivated professionals to join our Internal Sales Account Management Team. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy building strong relationships, and communicate with confidence, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where your performance makes a real impact. Competitive salary with **bonus potential up to £40,000 per year.

What You Will Do

Build, manage and maintain strong client relationships
Proactively generate new business and follow up on enquiries
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product ranges
Accurately process orders, enquiries and updates in our CRM
Keep up to date with product and industry knowledge to support sales growth

What We Are Looking For

Sales experience in construction or fasteners is ideal but not essential - full product training will be provided
Self-motivated, organised, and persistent in achieving goals
A confident communicator with a proactive, customer focused approach

What We Offer

Full time, permanent role
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
20 days’ holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 2 years)
