An exciting opportunity has arisen for proactive and detail orientated Assistant Accountant to join our team located at our Head Office in Swansea.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage cashbook and bank account reconciliation
Manage process for sale and purchase of assets, including completion of all supporting documentation and verification of hire purchase agreements
Data entry into accounts system and other company systems
Assist in month end close, including reconciliation and processing and posting of journals
Generation of reports and analysis
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Flexibility to perform other duties and support transactional teams as required
Assist with year end audit procedures

Requirements:

AAT/other QBE

Previous finance experience essential

Strong IT skills

Confidence in use of excel (pivots, lookups)

What we offer:

· 40 hours per week- Monday to Friday (inclusive of a 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak)

· Salary PA £25,000-£30,000

· 30 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays

The successful candidate will be subject to our induction process that will include drug & alcohol testing.
