Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Beauticians to join our vibrant team! As a Beautician, you will be the go-to expert for enhancing our clients’ natural beauty and boosting their confidence. Your energetic approach and passion for beauty services will create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel pampered and valued. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in skincare, makeup, hair removal, massage, and more, while providing exceptional guest experiences. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help elevate our brand and foster lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massages, barbering services, and skincare therapies.
Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
Manage front desk operations by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries with excellent customer service skills.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
Utilize social media platforms to promote services, share updates, and engage with the community to attract new clients.
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Assist in managing appointments efficiently and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills

Strong management skills to oversee daily salon operations and team coordination.
Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Experience at the front desk handling bookings, payments, and guest inquiries.
Skilled in eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, barbering, and other beauty treatments.
Knowledge of hospitality principles to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
