Job Overview

· Independent Dental Practice

· Full or part-time associate dentist vacancy, mainly NHS with Private potential

· Can be flexible with Days. (Practice opening hours, Mon-Fri 9-5)

· Brigg, Lincolnshire

· Supportive, longstanding team

· 5000 UDA target - negotiable, dependent on full or part time position

· Good UDA Rate - dependent on experience

· Good private potential - with a growing private only patient base

· 50% on private & lab bills

· Modern & well equipped with KaVo equipment, digital x-ray, OPG & rotary endo

· Permanent position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice.

Our practice is a well-established, family run practice situated within a beautiful grade 2 listed building.

The practice is fully computerised with six modern, well-equipped surgeries with KaVo equipment, digital x-rays, rotary endo and OPG. At the practice we have a longstanding team of clinicians, support staff and practice manager, some of which have been at the practice over 20 years.

Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients’ oral health
Diagnose dental conditions using clinical evaluation and medical imaging tools
Develop personalised treatment plans in collaboration with patients
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and root canal treatments
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures
Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate them into practice
Keep upto date with training requirements, and provide evidence of training
Review and follow practice policies
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, including infection control procedures

Pay: From £80,000.00 per year
