Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Music Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant music studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests, maintaining the studio’s facilities, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about music management, hospitality, and guest services to contribute to a creative environment.

Duties

Manage the day-to-day operations of the music studio, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service
Coordinate scheduling of studio sessions, classes, and events to optimise utilisation
Lead and supervise staff, including receptionists and technical personnel, fostering a positive team environment
Provide excellent guest services by assisting clients with bookings, enquiries, and special requests
Oversee studio maintenance, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness to ensure a professional atmosphere
Organise promotional activities and events to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and record keeping with accuracy
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the studio environment

Requirements

Proven experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Knowledge of music production or studio operations is desirable but not essential
Exceptional communication skills in British English, both written and verbal
Flexibility to work during peak hours including evenings and weekends as required
A passion for music and creating an inviting space for clients and guests

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
