About Us
Following the successful award of two new commercial projects, We Are Bau Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team.
We are a dynamic Mechanical and Electrical contractor delivering commercial fit-out, refurbishment and building services projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, we are looking for a motivated and technically competent Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical installations across a range of commercial projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong electrical knowledge, commercial awareness and the ability to effectively manage clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects from contract award through to completion.
- Oversee project programmes, procurement and delivery.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and plant.
- Attend site meetings and client progress meetings.
- Manage project costs, variations and change control.
- Review technical drawings, specifications and design information.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor quality, health & safety and project performance.
- Produce and maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Support commissioning, testing and handover activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Electrical Project Management.
- Strong electrical background with good technical knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
- Experience managing commercial M&E or electrical projects.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of project planning and programme management.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications.
- SMSTS or SSSTS.
- ECS Card.
- First Aid at Work.
- Experience working within Design & Build environments.

Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
