We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and great with people to join us as our HR & Office Coordinator.
This is a hands-on role that offers real variety you’ll get involved across the full employee lifecycle, support managers, help keep the office running smoothly, and build your experience in areas like employee relations, compliance, and people operations.
It’s a great opportunity for someone already working in HR (or a similar role) who’s ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and broaden their experience.
What you’ll be doing
People & HR
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to development and offboarding
- Writing job adverts, helping source candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
- Supporting onboarding, including contracts, inductions, and IT setup
- Assisting with contract changes and keeping employee records accurate and up to date
- Managing leaver processes and documentation
Employee Relations
- Supporting ER matters such as absence, conduct, and performance, building experience in this area
- Working with managers to make sure issues are handled consistently and appropriately
- Maintaining clear and confidential records
Managers & Development
- Supporting managers with day-to-day people queries and processes
- Helping coordinate training and maintaining the development matrix
- Contributing to improving how we support and develop our team
Culture & Engagement
- Helping organise company socials and team events
- Supporting employee surveys and helping gather feedback
- Playing a part in maintaining a positive and inclusive culture
Office & Day-to-Day
- Helping keep the office environment organised and running smoothly
- Supporting internal IT coordination (ordering equipment, basic troubleshooting, liaising with providers)
- Providing general admin support where needed
Compliance and Health and Safety
- Supporting health & safety processes and helping keep documentation up to date
- Assisting with office compliance requirements
- Helping oversee company assets (including pool cars), ensuring they are organised and maintained
What we’re looking for
- Experience in an HR, admin, or office-based role
- Some exposure to HR processes (ER experience a bonus, but not essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident and approachable communicator
- Someone proactive who takes initiative and gets things done
- Comfortable picking up new systems and juggling multiple priorities

Salary: £30-£35k DOE
