The Role:
Cyber Security Engineers are at the forefront of modern IT architecture and job roles. As the IT landscape continues to adopt AI and continues to evolve with complex architectures, data lakes with terabytes of data being generated on a daily basis, it is the Cyber Security Engineers roles to create, design, manage and maintain data ecosystems ensuring that all consumers of the data have what they need when they need it and are protected against the latest threats. This ranges from Cyber Security, Site Reliability, Compliance & Audit reporting to C-Suite roles that need visibility on their companies IT systems and infrastructure.
You will undergo approximately 10 weeks of remote paid training delivered by our Industry expert trainers. This training will equip you with the skills needed to become a Cyber Security Engineer with Industry Recognised Qualifications in Crowdstrike, Cribl, Splunk and more.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Networking knowledge – Understanding of network protocols, architectures, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Scripting – Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and data processing
- Command Line Interfaces (CLI) – Proficiency in Linux and Windows command-line environments
Key responsibilities:
- Understand and translate requirements into business and technology solutions
- Analyse, design and develop best practice business changes through technology solutions
- Collaborate with client product owners or application stakeholders, to build, prioritise and track the product backlog
- Work with leadership to identify and reduce risk within your team and projects
- Deliver quality functional designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirements
- Develop and implement quality business solutions for the client
- Manage client relationships

You will gain experience working with large global organisations and achieve recognised qualifications including CrowdStrike CCFA, CrowdStrike CCSE, Splunk Admin, and Cribl CCOE Admin.
Ongoing development opportunities include becoming a Cribl Certified Services Consultant, Splunk Consultant, Cloud Architect across AWS Azure or GCP, or advancing within CrowdStrike certifications.
