TikTok LIVE Presenter (casual/part-time)
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about ditching disposables, loves educating people on how reusables could improve lives for the better, and doesn't just tolerate talking about pee, poo and periods, they thrive on helping bust taboos and widen the conversation.
We're growing our TikTok LIVE presence to around 4 hours a day across Cheeky, and we're looking for the next face (or faces) of our community, someone to take over from our much-loved presenter, Holly.
This isn't a traditional social media job. Before anything else, we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about ditching disposables and educating people on how reusables could improve lives for the better.

We're recruiting two roles to cover the expanded schedule: one larger role leading our content planning and LIVE presenting, and one part-time role focused on presenting, to help cover the extra hours. Let us know in your application which one you're applying for.
TikTok LIVE Presenter & Content Lead
Reporting to: TikTok LIVE Presenter & Content Lead
Location: Proximity to Newhaven, East Sussex is preferred, although home-based candidates are also welcome
Hours: Part-time, approx. 12–15 hours/week, covering additional LIVE slots (evenings and/or early mornings) to complete our 4-hours-a-day schedule
Salary: Pro-rata, based on our current Marketing Executive salary of £22,000 (30 hrs/week, full-time equivalent (£14.10 per hour)) This role is focused purely on presenting: bringing warmth, honesty and product knowledge to LIVE sessions, and working closely with the Content Lead on themes and scheduling.
Holiday: 28 days paid annual leave per year pro-rata (including Bank Holidays)

Key responsibilities
- Host TikTok LIVE sessions to the agreed schedule, including evening (7–9pm) and/or early-morning or late afternoon slots.
- Be an honest, engaging voice for Cheeky, answering customer questions warmly and diving into taboo topics with confidence and humour.
- Engage with the community during and after LIVEs, and help run giveaways and LIVE mechanics.
- Follow LIVE titles, hooks and themes agreed with the Content Lead, and hand over cleanly between sessions.
What we're looking for
- Genuinely cares about ditching disposables and educating people on how reusables could improve lives for the better. Lived experience of our products isn't required, but real belief in the cause is. Open to all genders.
- Confident and warm on camera and live, comfortable with real-time audience interaction.
- Doesn't just tolerate talking about pee, poo and periods, thrives on it, and loves helping bust taboos and widen the conversation.
- Reliable and flexible, able to commit to a regular slot including evenings and/or early mornings.
