Senior Landscape & Driveway Installer

£190–£250 per day (CIS) | Based near Mayfield, East Sussex
At W. Bennett Building & Groundwork Contractors, we’ve built our reputation on exceptional workmanship since 2008. We specialise in premium driveways, landscaping and groundworks throughout East Sussex and parts of Kent.
This isn’t a position we’ll fill out of convenience. We’ll only appoint someone who consistently demonstrates the standard of workmanship, professionalism, productivity and attitude we expect from every member of our team.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced installer with a minimum of 10 years’ experience who is fully competent in:
* Excavation and setting out.
* Sub-base installation.
* Drainage.
* Block paving.
* Porcelain paving.
* Natural stone paving.
* Brickwork.
* Turfing.
Experience in resin-bound surfacing, tarmac and fencing would be advantageous.

Essential Requirements
* Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience.
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
* No driving bans.
* Any licence points must be declared.
* Right to work in the UK.

Trial Period
Every successful applicant will complete a four-week trial period. During this period, suitability will be assessed against the standards outlined above. The trial may be ended early if those standards are not consistently demonstrated.
