About Travel Guard
This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand, serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide. Established in 1982 we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and global assistance services. Travel Guard operates service centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to help travellers navigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans. Travel Guard became part of Zurich Cover-More in December 2024.
What you’ll be doing:
If you’re fluent in Polish and English, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in financial services while making a meaningful difference to customers.
Assess and manage travel insurance claims from start to finish
Review policy terms to determine claim validity and make fair, informed decisions
Authorise payments within agreed limits and ensure accurate claim records
Communicate clearly with policyholders, clients, and third parties (including medical providers)
Identify potential fraud risks and escalate where appropriate
Handle customer queries, including complaints, in a professional and timely manner
Work collaboratively with colleagues across claims, assistance, and customer service teams
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SLAs
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:
Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in claims, insurance, or financial services (preferred)
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident decision-making ability
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Comfortable using IT systems and handling data accurately
