Full job description

Flint Owl Bakery & Cafe, Lewes is looking for an experienced Supervisor and a Barista.

We are a craft bakery selling our organic breads, pastries, cakes etc in store alongside serving fresh daily lunch menus for the cafe for take away and eat in.

Naturally you will need to enjoy providing exceptional customer service. You will have a keen interest in food and coffee and be reliable with a positive and happy nature. You will have previous experience front of house to a high standard.

The role involves various duties, e.g counter service, preparing & plating food, till work, warmly welcoming customers, waiting tables, product displays and making perfectly consistent coffees. Food safety, allergen & product training and daily cleaning are part of the role.

We are looking for experienced part time staff. On average 3 day shifts per week including weekends. Some early starts (7:30am). No evening work.
