Job Opportunity at Cocoa Libre – Chocolatier Assistant

Location: Yatton, North Somerset
Hours: Full-time (Core Time Monday to Friday, 11:30pm – 5:00pm)
Contract: Temporary
Start Date: August

Do you have a passion for chocolate and enjoy working in a hands-on, creative environment? Join Cocoa Libre, an award-winning chocolate company based in Yatton, and be part of a small, friendly team crafting high-quality products every day.

We specialise in producing dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and vegan chocolate, making our products accessible to as many people as possible without compromising on taste or quality.

We're looking for a Chocolatier Assistant to join our growing team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with food, has great attention to detail, and takes pride in producing beautiful, high-quality products.

What You'll Be Doing:

Packing and heat-sealing chocolate
Polishing and colouring moulds for production
Preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
Supporting packing and dispatch when required
Working closely with the team to meet daily production objectives

What We're Looking For:

A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
A positive, team-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to commute reliably to our Yatton location

About the Role:

Full-time hours: Core Time Monday to Friday, 11:30am – 5:00pm
Temporary position
Hands-on, creative role within a growing business
Friendly and supportive working environment
Additional hours will be required during the busy Christmas period
