The Kit...
We have currently in build a brand new 2026 Citroen Relay L4H3. It’s a state of the art bespoke Mobile Bodyshop being built by Kings Fleet. The vehicle we will provide is the very cutting edge and includes the acclaimed Precision Wheel Micro 24 lathe, thermal welding capability, internal booth, full paint scheme and completely off grid. With 2 compressors and receiver drier, the vehicle can handle two technicians at full capacity (if required) and specifically designed to be stress free to operate. No expense has been spared to ensure efficient ease of use. No leads or external power required and everything to hand. Milwaukee Da and inbuilt extraction plus easy to use external service points mean everything needed is at your finger tips. In their words it’s the most advanced, bespoke build they have done.
The work…
The work will come mainly from retail customers but will include insurance work and fleet customers. We offer our services to selected blue chip trade customers including main dealers. If you have customers you enjoy working for, we would be only too happy to take them on also. We offer some of the best payment terms in the business and keen to offer the very best service too. The repairs will be varied from Diamond Cut wheels, Bumper corners, Polishing to larger repairs and paint work.
The Location…
We look to cover work within an hour or so of our base here in Clevedon. All tasks are specifically scheduled to be in one area where possible and aims to avoid extra travel. Retail work is booked online directly with us and additional non time sensitive work is booked around those movements.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated self starter who frankly is the best of the best. If you cant wait to show off your work, if you know what it takes to get the job done efficiently and correct first time- then we want to hear from you. You will be highly trained, experienced and come from a stable background and have had a stable career. If your reputation proceeds you and your current employer is going to miss you then you potentially will be a good fit for us. Were not going to waste your time saying you will need to be proficient with hand tools, be a good organiser or any other one liners from indeed adverts. The basics are well intrenched in what you do, this wont be your first day. You will undergo some specific training on the Micro 24 lathe and have an initial hand over and orientation of the van. Upsell is part of what you do and know that these profit opportunities in front of you aren’t to be missed and your pocket wants your cut. You will have a full UK driving licence and experienced in driving larger vehicles. Minor points and/accidents can be accepted on a case by case basis. You will have the ability to pass a DBS check, should it be required. You will currently hold the right to work in the UK and currently be based in our catchment area.
The Pay…
We aren’t your traditional employer, so its down to you! What do you want to be paid? Its your skills and experience we want to pay you what you think they are worth. A basic pay, plus a commission for volume completed, positive review bonus are all features of how we want to pay you. If you upsell the work on the day, you should be paid to- its that simple.
