Our Culture
At TC, our culture is built on collaboration, responsibility, authenticity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. We live by our four core values — Aim High, Do it Together, Be Responsible, and Be Authentic — which guide how we work, how we treat one another, and how we deliver results.
We believe our success comes from strong teamwork across the entire business. Every department and every Tribe member plays an important role in shaping our customer experience and driving sustainable growth. We value open communication, shared accountability, and mutual support, ensuring that decisions are made with the wider business in mind.
Together, we are a team of enthusiastic, driven, and passionate people who enjoy working collaboratively, taking ownership of what we do, and striving to be the best — both individually and as one team.
