We are searching for a tech-savvy photocopier engineer to join our ever-growing team.
The role encompasses all areas of maintenance and repair of photocopiers, printers and plotters, travelling to clients' sites throughout the area providing the high level of customer focused support that we are known for.
The role is based from our offices in Melksham and the ideal candidate will be based within a 25 radius of the office. A company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone and uniform are provided. Applicants must be able to be security cleared to BPSS level and undertake a DBS check, due to our work with schools and other high-security sites.
A full driving licence is essential, as is the physical fitness to carry out regular heavy lifting and moving of machinery and equipment.
About You:
* IT literate, ideally with some technical servicing experience. This may not necessarily be in the photocopying industry - if you have practical know-how and a positive attitude, we are confident you will pick up the skills with training.
* Professional appearance and ability to communicate well at all levels.
* Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems
* Great timekeeping and reliability
* Self-motivated and organised
* Methodical approach to tasks
* Polite and friendly, with enthusiasm to deliver a high quality service.
About the role:
* Maintain service stock in service van and warehouse
* Conduct periodical maintenance at customers suites.
* Provide Pre-Installation IT Support.
* Maintain up to date technical knowledge through provided educational systems
* Set up and configure machines to customers’ expectations
* Keep the CRM system updated with customer details and feedback.
