BODYSHOP PREPPER / ALL ROUND WIZARD REQUIRED!!
FIRST THINGS FIRST… This is NOT general insurance work. This is NOT a crash repair conveyor belt. This is NOT “that’ll do” territory. If you’re not confident in your ability, this isn’t for you.
YOU MUST BE CONFIDENT IN AT LEAST THREE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Strip & fit
- Panel beating
- Welding/Fabrication
- Filler work
- General prep & masking for paint
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
- Carry out jobs from start to finish
- Work to a high standard
- Minimum 5 years bodyshop experience
- Not a one-trick pony, at least three strong skill areas
- Proactive, can think for yourself
- Work with minimal instructions
- Takes pride in quality
- Clean and tidy (yes, really)
- Reliable and consistent
- Bit of banter of course
PAY/BENIFITS:
- A great salary subject to relevant experience and knowledge. To be discussed on serious enquires.
- Occasional car shows and days out paid for.
- 35 hour work week
- Flexible holidays but your standard 28 days holiday a year.
