Full job description

A Legal 500 ranked national law firm is looking for an experienced Legal PA to join their Succession & Tax team in Bristol.

This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting a highly regarded specialist team — with a genuine opportunity to grow into a lead or supervisory position over time.

The Role

Delivering high quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
Managing complex diaries and coordinating travel arrangements
Drafting, amending and maintaining precedent letters and house style documents
Matter setup and compliance with internal procedures
Communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners

About You

A proven background in legal secretarial or PA work within a professional services environment is preferred. Previous private client or succession experience is advantageous but not essential — strong candidates from other sectors with excellent secretarial and administrative skills will also be considered.

Applications are also welcome from experienced Legal Secretaries and Personal Assistants with a legal or professional services background looking to step up into a PA position.

You'll bring:

Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and case management system skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to handle highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity
Strong organisational and communication skills
A collaborative and flexible approach
