Join Total Bathrooms, a friendly, family-run business celebrating 25 years as Bath’s go-to for top-quality products. We aren’t just a retail space; we are a high-energy, bustling hub for both retail and trade customers.

The Role

As Showroom Manager, you aren't just "overseeing"—you are the engine of our sales growth. You will take full ownership of the sales team’s development, from initial recruitment to daily motivation and structured performance reviews. You’ll be hands-on, ensuring our displays are world-class while strategically seeking out new growth opportunities in contract leads and clearance sales.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team. You will lead by example, conducting regular "Black folder" reviews and ensuring the team is focused on company goals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tactics to maximize profit, manage discounting strategically, and identify new contract leads.
Operational Excellence: Manage the daily showroom environment, including designing new displays and maintaining impeccable "housekeeping" standards across all levels (including our upstairs seconds showroom).
Customer Journey: Oversee site survey activity and manage our professional fitters list to ensure a seamless experience from quote to installation.
Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and report monthly to the Directors on growth and performance.

Ideal Candidate

Proven Leadership: 2+ years of showroom management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Strategic Mindset: Able to analyze sales data and implement effective growth plans.
Hands-on Approach: You are equally comfortable reviewing high-level strategy as you are ensuring displays are priced and tidy.
Communication: Exceptional at building relationships with both retail customers and trade professionals.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in sales software and CAD design tools (preferred).
