This role is ideal for an experienced electrician whothrives in a dynamic industrial environment, combining hands-on electricalexpertise with multi-skilled maintenance responsibilities to keep criticalsystems running at peak performance.

This role sits withinCBRE's Engineering and Technical Services team, where colleagues areresponsible for delivering expert support, preventive and correctivemaintenance, and repairs on a wide range of equipment and systems to supportseamless site operations.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs onelectrical systems and equipment, supporting a proactive multi-skilled approachto site maintenance.
Diagnose and repair faults across electrical equipment, lightingsystems, and related mechanical systems to minimise downtime and maintainproductivity.
Carry out electrical inspections, systems to ensure safety,functionality, and compliance within UK regulations.
Collaborate closely with production, operations, and engineering teamsto minimise downtime, optimise performance, and ensure the smooth running ofall facilities equipment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, service records,and compliance documentation to support traceability and regulatoryrequirements.
Identify and recommend improvements and upgrades to enhance systemreliability, energy efficiency, and overall operational performance.
Ensure all work is carried out in full compliance with health andsafety regulations and relevant electrical standards and codes of practice.
Support the installation, commissioning, and integration of newequipment and technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimumqualification: BS 7671 (Wiring Regulations), with demonstrated competence inelectrical installation, inspection and testing
- Desirable: City & Guilds Level 3 (e.g. 2365/2357) including AM2, plus a recognisedInspection & Testing qualification (such as 2391 or equivalent)
- Provenexperience (typically 3+ years) in electrical maintenance or equivalent
- Strongtechnical understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellentproblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on, proactive approachto fault diagnosis and resolution.
- Strongcommunication, interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively within a multi-skilled and cross-functional team.
