Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Queens Square, Bristol (BS1 4NH)
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 Base | Year 1 OTE £150,000 + | Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Be Doing

Identifying and engaging senior decision-makers across global technology markets
Building new business relationships through strategic outreach, networking and consultative selling
Working directly with innovative technology vendors and enterprise organisations
Generating commercial opportunities and contributing to large-scale client campaigns
Articulating GDS Group’s value proposition with confidence and credibility
Becoming a trusted commercial partner to clients operating at the forefront of digital transformation

What We’re Looking For

You’re ambitious, commercially driven, and energised by winning new business.
Ideal candidates will have:
3+ years’ B2B sales or business development experience
Strong cold outreach and prospecting capability (phone, LinkedIn, email)
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A proactive, resilient and target-driven mindset
Strong organisation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
