We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telemarketer to join our team. Reaching out to potential clients, promoting our targeted services and delivering successful campaigns to schools on their behalf.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a successful company with over two decades of industry experience. The right candidate will have B2B telesales experience, with a track record in outbound sales calls.
- Salary £30-35,000 p.a. plus open ended bonus and annual profit share
- Office based role, Mon-Thursday 8.30 – 17.00, Friday – 8.00 – 14.00
- Based in Fishponds Trading Estate, Bristol, BS5

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to school suppliers promoting our mailing, date and email services
- Identify and qualify opportunities through confident, clear conversations
- CRM accuracy and pipeline management
- Work with the team to improve outreach and response rates
- Use insight and analysis to sharpen campaign targeting
- Follow up leads and build long-term client relationships
- Consistent call and revenue target achievement
Qualifications
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and campaign data
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advertising sales experience and marketing knowledge, both digital and physical
- Writing client quotes and proposals
- Comfortable conducting MS Teams / video calls
- MS suite
