Ruby and White Butchers now have the exciting opportunity to offer a Trainee Butcher position within their busy Wholesale team.
We supply a large number of pubs, restaurants, hotels and caterers in Bristol and the surrounding area. Our product range is extensive and we pride ourselves on quality, consistency and our ability to prepare customer orders to their exact requirements and specifications.
We are looking for someone with a real can - do attitude who is excited to learn a fantastic trade. You will be trained by our skilled Butchers who will offer you on the job, hands on training.
As a trainee, you will learn about the different cuts of meat and specification options along with how to de bone, break down carcasses and cut meat to standard and specialist specs.
