Join the Minirigs Team

Minirigs is a small, independent team based in Bristol, and we’re proud to build some of the best portable sound systems in the world. Our gear is designed, tested, and shipped right here, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for high-quality audio and great service to join the crew.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be the voice of Minirigs for our customers one minute and making sure their orders are packed and ready for the courier the next. If you enjoy a bit of variety, like taking ownership of your work, and want to be part of a close-knit team where your contribution actually matters, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

Replying to customer support tickets online and answering phone calls with a helpful attitude
Giving product advice and helping customers with basic troubleshooting
Processing, picking, and packing orders to get them out the door on time
Looking after our customers on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy
Handling the essential admin like customs paperwork and shipping labels
Managing delivery claims with Royal Mail and UPS and checking courier invoices
Keeping the warehouse organised and making sure we never run out of packaging

You’ll be a great fit if you:

You are genuinely organised, methodical and have a sharp eye for detail
Have experience in customer service, admin, retail, fulfilment or logistics
Are comfortable using computers and picking up new online systems quickly
Communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and on the phone
Bring a calm, friendly and helpful energy to the team
Take initiative and adapt easily
Have an interest in music, audio gear, and the Minirigs brand
