Job Summary:

We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating daily operations, supporting multiple departments, and helping ensure business processes run efficiently. You will work in a collaborative environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of the team.

Whether you have previous operations, administration, customer service, or office experience, we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and develop their careers. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

What you'll do:

Coordinate daily operational activities to support business objectives.
Assist with scheduling, planning, and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Support project coordination and department activities.
Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally.
Update company systems and databases accurately.
Ensure company procedures and quality standards are followed.

Requirements:

Good communication and organisational skills.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
Reliable and professional.
Previous experience in administration, operations, customer service, office support, logistics, or coordination is beneficial but not required.
Full training is provided.
