What you'd actually be doing as our Learning Experience Specialist
Identify - get curious, talk to people, find where the real performance gaps are (not the ones people say they have).
Design - build the solution. Could be a session, a piece of digital content, an AI-powered tool, a curated path. You decide what fits.
Deliver - facilitate it, ship it, measure it, iterate. Then onto the next puzzle.
No two days will look the same. One day you're prototyping in PowerPoint, the next you're in front of a room facilitating , the next you're elbow-deep in data, the next you're building an AI agent to support a colleague's workshop. If you need a predictable 9-to-5, this won't be your favourite job.
Frontier AI exposure, for real. Pax8 is genuinely ahead of the curve on AI adoption - you won't be the only "AI curious" person in the room, you'll be surrounded by people building with it daily. For an L&D professional, that's a serious string to your bow.

This role is based in Bristol, with a hybrid working pattern. You’ll spend meaningful time collaborating in person with colleagues 3days a week, while also having the flexibility to work from home.
