Roles and Responsibility:
- Managing vehicle movements and controlling site access
- Banking deliveries and coordinating traffic flow
- Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and vehicles across the site
- Supporting logistics operations within a busy environment
- Acting as the “eyes” of the vehicle or plant operator by guiding vehicles and plant safely and preventing contact with people, structures, or materials
- Remaining alert and aware of constantly changing site conditions
- Following a consistent and systematic method of signalling and instruction for every vehicle or plant movement
- Ensuring all movement areas are clear and safe before any vehicle or plant operation begins
- Monitoring the behaviour and actions of personnel within the operating area while maintaining awareness of both the operator and surrounding environment
- Planning access routes in advance and managing any required route changes
- Regularly reviewing the Traffic Management Plan alongside the Construction Phase Plan, making adjustments where necessary
- Attending all Traffic Marshal briefings to stay informed of operational changes and updates
- Assisting plant and vehicle operators to manoeuvre and reverse safely
- Preventing pedestrians from entering unsafe areas during vehicle or plant movements
- Directing plant and vehicles to prevent injury, damage to property, or material loss, and stopping operations where unsafe conditions are identified
- Maintaining a safe position at all times during operations
- Keeping clear visual contact with vehicle and plant operators and providing concise, accurate signals and instructions

Pay: £15.50-£17.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- NPORS VM ticket or a CPCS A73 TM ticket (required)
- Right to work in the UK (required)
