We're looking for a versatile mid-level developer who wants more than just another maintenance role. You'll work across iOS and Android apps, websites, APIs, automation systems, AI-assisted development, customer engagement platforms and social media integrations.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain iOS (Swift) and Android (Java) applications.
- Build integrations with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other third-party platforms.
- Develop and maintain ASP.NET / C# APIs and backend services.
- Implement and improve website designs, landing pages and customer-facing web experiences.
- Build and maintain web applications using Next.js and modern web technologies.
- Manage SQL Server and Firebase databases.
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane and automation tools.
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and standardise processes.
- Explore new technologies, APIs and AI tools that can create commercial value.
- Help build scalable frameworks, reusable components and internal tools that support future growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with Swift, Java, C#, SQL Server and APIs.
- Experience with Firebase, Next.js and modern web technologies.
- Regular user of AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar.
- Strong focus on productivity, automation and efficient delivery.
- Ability to rapidly prototype, iterate and deliver solutions using modern development practices.
- Ability to think beyond immediate requirements and improve scalability, maintainability and efficiency.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to make a visible impact within a growing business.
