You’ll Need To Be:
- A confident colourist with 4+ years experience on the salon floor
- Skilled in consultations, colour transformations, and precision cutting
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused, driven by financial targets.
- Keen to evolve and grow with a brand that’s going places
- Bonus: a strong Instagram or a loyal clientelle is a plus!

Key ResponsibilitiesHairdressing & Client Care
- Deliver high-quality hair services including colouring, cutting, styling, and treatments
- Carry out thorough client consultations and personalised service plans
- Maintain excellent knowledge of current trends, techniques, and product ranges
- Provide aftercare advice and support to clients
Colour Expertise
- Confident in working with colour transformations, corrections, and bespoke techniques
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wella or similar colour systems
- Ensure all colour services follow salon protocols and safety guidelines
Team & Salon Support
- Share in general admin duties, including:
- Answering the phone
- Booking and managing appointments
- Greeting and checking in clients
- Participate in shared cleaning rota, including:
- End-of-day clean down
- Weekly deep cleans
- Maintaining a spotless salon environment throughout the day
- Support and mentor junior team members and apprentices
Professional Development
- Take part in in-salon training and external education sessions
- Represent the brand professionally online and in person
- Contribute ideas to improve team performance, service quality, and salon culture
