Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly to ensure data integrity.
Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking to support smooth cash flow management.
Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and correspondence management.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for review by management.
Collaborate with team members to streamline bookkeeping processes and improve efficiency.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
Strong understanding of accounts payable procedures and general ledger management.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors.
Familiarity with basic office administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
