Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Inspector to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the company's quality standards through rigorous inspection and analysis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement processes within our organisation. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of manufacturing to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
Analyse products, materials, and processes to identify defects or deviations from quality requirements.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability purposes.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
Assist in the development and review of quality control procedures and checklists.
Participate in internal audits and support external quality assessments as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process enhancements.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance or inspection roles, with a strong understanding of inspection techniques.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to identify defects, root causes, and areas for improvement.
Strong organisational skills to manage documentation and maintain detailed records accurately.
Attention to detail is essential, alongside a methodical approach to work.
Good communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and other departments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality assurance or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: £18.00-£21.00 per hour
